Online shop orders are handled by a third party payment gateway. After submitting your order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order data. Sensitive data such as credit card numbers will not be sent via email due to security risks.

Refunds and Exchanges

We refund for purchased boxed items only, refunds are generally only issued in the case of system incompatibility and we reserve the right to refuse to give a refund in certain cases. All sales within the EU are made subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Boxed software may be returned "IF UNOPENED" within seven days of purchase.

License And Registration Transfers

The products are licensed and not sold. Our licenses is non-exclusive, non-transferable and are granted only to the individual end user who has purchased a new and lawfully made copy of a product from Jtones.net. All products remain the property of JTones ltd and are licensed for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed product as part of a derivative musical work created by the licensed end user. We expressly forbid resale, rental, loan or transfer of this product in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivative musical work.
